Inputs and files are processed in your browser. Nothing is automatically saved; closing or reloading the tab clears your work.

Image and output settings

Original: JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC or HEIF / up to 100 MB and 200 MP. Output: at most 4,096 px per side, with the aspect ratio preserved.

A size target adjusts quality down from your chosen setting. If still too large, reduce the width. Transparent areas become white.

What this tool explores

Reduce photo dimensions and file size for attachment limits. Your original file is unchanged.

Step by step

  1. Choose one JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC or HEIF image.
  2. Set maximum width, format and quality. A target file size is optional.
  3. Check the output and its size, then download the image.

What to look for in these results

Compare size and visual quality together. JPG and WebP use lossy compression; transparent areas become white. If the size target is missed, reduce dimensions. Output may be larger than the original.
