Draft privacy policy
How ToffeeLab handles inputs, device storage, and its current external services.
Draft status
This draft describes current input handling, storage and external services. The inquiry email is published; detailed operator disclosures and hosting/inquiry-email retention information have not yet been finalized. Review date: 2026-10-06.
Tool inputs
Inputs to Saju, baby and investment tools, including investment JSON files, are processed in browser memory. There is no calculation server, account, or server database. Inputs are not placed in URLs or analytics events. Closing the page loses in-memory inputs; you manage downloaded JSON backups.
Device storage
Inputs for one Saju self profile, one other person, and one baby are saved only when you select Remember on this device and calculate. Saving is off by default. Values are not restored after 90 days since the last save or restore. Expired values are removed on the next access when storage permits; they are not automatically erased while the browser is closed. Per-platform and full deletion are also available. Only inputs restore on your next visit; results require calculation again. Other people on a shared device may see saved values.
External services
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and technical access and traffic information while delivering pages and protecting its network. The scope and retention under our actual service configuration remain under review. Local calculation does not mean no data of any kind is ever collected.
Choose usage analytics
Google Analytics connects only after you allow usage analytics. Tool, calculation, download and JSON-import events contain only tool IDs, language, calculation versions and predefined error codes. Birth details, baby measurements, investment amounts, returns, scenario names, JSON content, filenames and personal results are not sent. Google may process analytics identifiers and browser/connection information. Analytics runs at a separate origin from input screens. Ad personalization, form/screen recording and session replay are disabled. Advertising and external error collection are currently inactive.
Saving and withdrawing your choice
Your analytics choice is saved in this browser for 90 days. Analytics cookies on the dedicated host are configured for up to 90 days and are separate from optional saved tool inputs. The Google Analytics account is configured to retain event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months. New activity restarts retention for the user identifier; these periods do not apply to standard aggregated reports. You can decline at any time using Usage analytics settings at the bottom of the page. Declining or expiry stops new transmission, and actions before consent are never replayed. Data already sent cannot be recalled. Your browser’s site data controls can delete remaining cookies and preference records. If saving your choice fails, analytics stops on this page while tools and downloads remain usable.
Email inquiries
When you send an inquiry, your sender address, message and attachments are delivered through email services and reviewed by the operator to handle and answer your inquiry. This is separate from browser-only tool calculations. Do not send birth details, baby measurements, investment JSON or personal results. Contact the same inquiry address to request deletion of an earlier message. Device-data deletion buttons do not delete email.
Deletion and recovery
Delete downloaded files on your device. The operator cannot recover browser memory or your JSON backup. For privacy enquiries, use the email address on the contact page linked below.
